Hello! How is your Monday going?
Recently I’ve felt a lotttt of pressure from work, university work and home life which is completely natural. I’ve come to the conclusion we can’t blame ourselves, we have to be the best version of us and if we are that’s more than good enough!
I am a worrier! I worry about everything even before they’ve happened & even if they never happen, but these overwhelming feelings can sometimes get the best of me and only results in low moods. Everyone has their own problems whether you’re a worrier like me or something completely different, but we should always try to better ourselves and get the support we need!
