The best way to pick yourself up from a fall is to busy yourself with all the fun things you enjoy doing.
The last few months have been really really hard on my mental health having a lot to think and worry about, I actually never thought I’d be where I am now from it but I have got through it and I feel fantastic! My trick was making every single part of my free time to do something I enjoyed, it’s such a distraction to do new things and get out of the mood I was in. It can be difficult when you have no motivation in the slightest to do anything… but I did and it worked.
Take home message: If you’re having a bad day, which happens, don’t get down about it just use a pick me up to busy yourself. Be too busy to be bothered.
